Lewis Kay

Professor, Departments of Molecular Genetics, Biochemistry and Chemistry, University of Toronto

Research in the Kay group focuses on the development of Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy (NMR) for the study of the structure, dynamics and function of biological molecules. Particular emphasis is on probing functional dynamics in supra-molecular systems and on studies of invisible, excited protein states that play critical roles in biochemical processes.
